Translation
O oceano, que é a fonte de todas as joias preciosas, forneceu as porções superior e inferior de uma roupa de seda amarela. A deidade que predomina a água, Varuṇa, apresentou guirlandas de flores cercadas por zangões hexápodes, embriagados com mel.
The ocean, which is the source of all valuable jewels, supplied the upper and lower portions of a yellow silken garment. The predominating deity of the water, Varuṇa, presented flower garlands surrounded by six-legged bumblebees, drunken with honey.

Purport
SIGNIFICADO—Quando, durante a cerimônia abhiṣeka, banha-se a Deidade com vários líquidos, tais como leite, mel, iogurte, ghī, esterco e urina de vaca, é costume fornecer roupas amarelas. Dessa maneira, a cerimônia do abhiṣeka da deusa da fortuna foi realizada de acordo com os princípios prescritos nos Vedas.
When bathing the Deity in the abhiṣeka ceremony with various liquids, such as milk, honey, yogurt, ghee, cow dung and cow urine, it is customary to supply yellow garments. In this way the abhiṣeka ceremony for the goddess of fortune was performed according to the regular Vedic principles.
