Translation

«Esa segunda Personalidad de Dios, llamada Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu, es el amo y señor de todos y cada uno de los universos y el refugio de la energía externa. No obstante, permanece fuera del contacto de la energía externa.

“This second Personality of Godhead, known as Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu, is the master of each and every universe and the shelter of the external energy. Nonetheless, He remains beyond the touch of the external energy.
